Cancellation

Once your order has been placed for the digital products and services available on Webbiemart website, and if no customization has been required, then no cancellation is admitted.

If customization has been requested by customer, the order can only be cancelled 1 business day after receiving order confirmation. Past this time, cancellation is not applicable for refund.

 

Refund

Customer will receive full refund, or be allowed to exchange for other digital products, for purchases accessed online directly from Webbiemart and which have required a degree of customization; if requested within 10 days of purchase and as per contract terms and conditions if any. If digital products or services have been purchased and downloaded directly from the website with no customization done from Webbiemart´s end as per customer request, are not eligible for refund.

If customer, in case is applicable, requests refund to credit card, Webbiemart and Integration Access are not responsible for any fees, commissions or exchange rates that may occur during the refund.

All refunds are also subject to other Terms and Conditions and/or other policies stated on this website.
